HOW DO I MAKE MY RESERVATION ?
There are two easy ways to book your transfers with us. You can complete the online reservation order form  or you can email to : cielito_lindo@prodigy.net.mx or simply call to 423-702-6347.

HOW DO I FIND YOU AT THE AIRPORT ?
 How to contact CIELITO LINDO at your arrival to San Jose del Cabo International Airport ?

Instructions to follow:
1.-Find out in what Terminal are you arriving, please check on the list of airlines for each terminal and follow the number on the map. Terminal # 2 American, Air Transat,Delta,Frontier,Sun Country,Southwest,United,US Air, West Jet

2.-After you go through immigration, pick up your luggage and pass customs; you will see a room with time share booths.

3.-We ask you to please avoid talking to these people and take the RIGHT SIDE EXIT for terminal 1& for Terminal 2 there’s only one Exit.

4.-Waiting at this exit for you will be a Cielito Lindo representative wearing a polo shirt whit our logo sign, holding up a sign with logo. He will Transport you to your resort. It is very important that you go direct to exit otherwise you wont be able to find our representative.

Note: If your take a taxi or any other means of transportation credit will not apply. if for some reason you did not find our staff please call our Office Number 423-702-6347

HOW DO I CHANGE MY RESERVATION ?
We understand that plans change and unexpected things happen. That’s why we allow our customers to make changes in their reservation at no additional cost if you notify us at least 12 hours prior to your schedule transfer. For last-minute changes ( less than 12 hours in advance ), we´ll charge a fee, but will still make arrangements to offer you our service. For any change in your reservation , please call Adrian  or  Angelina at 423-702-6347 and we’ll be happy to assist you.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major forms of payment including Visa/MasterCard and American Express cards. Most debit cards with Visa or MasterCard logos will also be accepted. Our payment gateway is PayPal (paypal.com); all PayPal transactions are securely encrypted and you don’t need to sign up for a PayPal account to complete your payments. After pressing the “Make Payment” button you will be temporally transferred to a form at Paypal.com, where you will be able to enter your credit card information.

IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE?
Absolutely. All credit card payment transactions are carried out through an external secure payment gateway
I COMPLETED MY PAYMENT, WHAT’S NEXT?
After completing your payment, PayPal will take you back to our website where your voucher will be displayed, also an email with a copy will be sent to you shortly. At this point your reservation is confirmed and you only need to bring along a copy of your voucher.

WHAT IF I NEED A SPECIAL SERVICE OR HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE VEHICLE?
Simply make a request when making your reservation and we will ensure that the appropriate vehicle will be there to accommodate your needs.

DO YOU PROVIDE CHILD CAR SEATS?
Absolutely. The safety of all our passengers, big and small, is our number one priority and we will provide the necessary equipment to ensure your comfort. It will help us serve you better if you specify the children’s ages at the time of making your reservation.
